NOTICE UPDATE

4/20/2010 - FEMA Map Modernization - The 90-day review period began March 17, 2010 and will end at 5:00pm on June 15, 2010. All appeals must be turned in to the respective floodplain administrators by this date. Any appeals received after this date shall be returned. Applicants will find an Appeals and Protest Application form on the FEMA website.

2/26/2010 - Zip files of the Construction Specifications and the individual Construction Details have been added.

11/16/2009 - The new requirements for street right-of-ways required by the City of College Station is now posted. The Street Design guidelines have been updated with the addition of "Table V - City of College Station Required Right-of-Way" to reflect the right-of-way requirements outlined in the May 2009 approved City of College Station Comprehensive Plan. This is the first step in a series of postings that will result in a new Street Design Guideline for the City of College Station. The City of Bryan will continue to use the current Street Design Guidelines.

The 2009 edition of the Streets, Drainage, Water and Sewer Design Manuals, Technical Specifications, and Standard Construction Details are available and ready for use in design of the cities of Bryan and College Station infrastructure.

All designs shall be submitted with a letter acknowledging that City standards were followed. Any deviations from these standards shall be listed in the acknowledgment letter. You may use the following letter as a guide if you wish.

The approved 2009 College Station Design Guidelines Lift Stations are available below in Adobe Acrobat format. These manuals guide engineers in designing the Lift Station infrastructure to the acceptable standards of the City of College Station. Included is the preferred design layout of a lift station site which is available in pdf format, Autocad format, and Microstation format.

The approved 2009 B/CS Unified Technical Specifications for Water, Sewer, Streets, and Drainage are available below in Adobe Acrobat format. Please note the change in the numbering of the specifications to the 2004 Master Format system.
